Charity of the year

Support vinspired by making us your charity of the year and help us to continue to enable young people of all ages and backgrounds to do something for causes and communities nationwide, developing valuable skills, rewards and recognition as they do so.

vinspired would:

• Provide a dedicated staff member within a supportive team to manage the Charity of the Year Partnership
• Play an active role in inspiring your employees and customers with exciting fundraising ideas, developing a fundraising calendar and PR opportunities
• Coordinate local young people to assist and take part in all events and initiatives
• Carry out team building opportunities through fundraising and challenge events
• Coordinate local young volunteers and ensure that young people would be present to speak at your offices or stores to say thank you throughout the year

Young people whose lives have been changed by becoming involved in local voluntary action make amazing and inspirational speakers, often with very moving stories of how their lives, and the lives of others, have been improved through the giving of time. Staff and charity supporters will be moved by these young people as they see the positive difference they have made to the areas around your business.

By featuring volunteers alongside staff and supporters they identify with, the young volunteers will be inspired to do something to develop their own skills and to strengthen their communities too.
