Janqui Mehta

PR Manager at vInspired
Janqui came to vInspired by way of a job as a local reporter and then Senior Communications Officer at the charity Refuge. She works tirelessly to communicate a strong message to the media about vInspired's activities and young people's achievements in their communities. Away from vInspired she has a passion for history, women's in particular, and can happily while away many an hour in the British Museum in her own company. She also loves Jane Austen, and has even gone as far as making her own bonnet to wear on special occasions.

The Reverse Riots campaign will give young people the opportunity to demonstrate the positives they bring to society and will be powered by young people ...

I spent a day calling round local papers to tell them our moving stories of triumph over adversity, self-less ...
