Not all of us at vInspired fit into the 16 to 25 demographic. So we need a bunch of young peole to keep us grounded in what really matters to the youth of today.

The brief

Make sure our work constantly reflects what young people want from volunteering, reflecting young people's attitudes and aspirations.

Our approach

We are committed to finding 20 fresh faces every year who are willing to give their time, energy and enthusiasm to getting involved in our all decision-making and shaping the organisation's current and future work.

The result

An incredible sounding board for v's Trustee Board and staff which has resulted in developing vinspired.com, the vcashpoint youth fund initiative, and even our name 'v'.

For over a hundred young people a life-changing year of making their opinions heard, meeting amazing people and inputting at a strategic level they could only ever have dreamed of.
